Being and equal opportunity employer is at the forefront of what we do.

As a member of the REC we fully adhere to and follow their code of practice that has been approved by the equal opportunities commission. All our recruitment processes are quality controlled and regular auditing and monitoring of our internal processes ensure our principles are upheld at all times.

Prior to initial supply our standard TOB’s for both temporary and permanent staff alongside confirmation of rates agreed will be sent in writing. Upon each placement a worker assignment letter will be provided.

All complex recruitment temporary employees are provided with a contract for services. This contract confirms that complex recruitment will pay an agreed hourly rate for all authorised timesheets. PAYE deductions are explained alongside working time regulations about breaks, working hours, and paid annual leave. Within a contract for service rules for accepting any assignment are explained and include but are not limited to:

  • The temporary worker must take all reasonable steps to safeguard their own safety and the safety of any other person who may be present or affected by their actions on the assignment and complies with the health & safety policy of the client.
  • The temporary worker must co-operate with the client’s staff and accept the direction, supervision, and instruction of any responsible person in the client’s organisation.
  • Rules and regulations relating to the client’s workplace must be obeyed.
  • They must not engage in any conduct detrimental to the interests of the client.

Where required we conduct in depth vetting and background checks in accordance with client specific regulations.

Our vetting varies in its depth dependent on our client’s needs and the body they are regulated by. Checks include:

  • Previous employment history
  • Criminal record checks – dependent on client requirements
  • Right to work status checks
  • DVLA licence checks – every 12 weeks

Monthly service reviews are conducted by an Operations Director to ensure service levels are to expectation. We conduct and in-depth review and look at fulfilment and retention rates, staff performance and productivity levels.

Worker wellbeing and HR support sessions are delivered onsite where possible monthly where staff are provided with a range of materials and support.
